Refund policy

Return Policy. 

If you wish to return your items we will gladly grant you store credit up to 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unwashed, unworn, free of any odors, and animal hair, with all tags still attached to be eligible. Please include receipt in packaging. All sale items, Stitched Styles(embroidery), undergarments, jewelry, and gift cards are FINAL SALE. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

Return Process.

To start a return, you can contact us at jordan@wildandworthyboutique.com. 

When we receive your returned items and receipt we will notify you that store credit has been added to your account. If the order is sent back and not in compliance with our return policy it will be sent back to you. 
 

Damages and issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
